48 And immediately one of them ran and took a sponge and filled it[a] with sour wine and put it[b] on a reed and[c] gave it[d] to him to drink. 49 But the others said, “Leave him[e] alone! let us see if Elijah is coming to save him.” 50 And Jesus cried out again with a loud voice and[f] gave up his[g] spirit.
